CSOL 510 provided an introduction to modern applied cryptographic theory and practice, and how cryptography is used to support information security missions. As a student it was a great learning experience, CSOL 510 started off with the basics of encryption and then went in-depth covering authentication, Public Key encryption, Digital Signatures, attacks, message security and key negotiations. One thing I really enjoyed about this course was the authentication & integrity aspect of cryptography.
